Brewed in collaboration with Magic Rock and using lots of Amarillo and Simcoe Cryo powder, along with a hefty dose of Citra and Columbus, this is a terrific IPA.
It’s bold and juicy and helped along by a London Ale yeast, warm, earthy and fruity.
The malting is soft and sweet, with honey and caramel, shortbread and French bread crusts, while all those hops build a big fruity sweet shop of delectable flavours.
Papaya and mango, lime, lemon, apples, peaches and apricots, everything is soft and fleshy, plump and ripe and bright.
I love Verdant and I love Magic Rock, and between them they’ve gone out of their brilliant minds and created something really rather special.
