Duration Brewing Co. Ebb & Flow (6.5%)

Duration’s American Stout is really very good indeed.
Packed with coffee and treacle tart, honey soaked brioche and rye bread, chocolate ice cream and waffles from the malting, the beer feels warm and inviting, round and chewy and just a little bit sexy.
Then there’s a great big pine resin coated, tobacco leaf, lime zest, mandarin zest and grapefruit pith hopping that brings a dazzlingly sharp brightness to the beer.
Verging on the Black IPA, Ebb & Flow just stays on the side of Stout with its boozy round sweet toffee finish.
