Yeastie Boys Solar Wind (6.1%)

Brewed in collaboration with Vocation Brewery, Solar Wind is a one heck of a Brut IPA.
Dry as a bone, crisp and clean, the beer pours a bright clean straw gold with a fluffy little head and smells of white rum and apricots.
The malts are soft and subtle, the mix of Pilsner malt, flaked maize and rice giving the beer a caramel coated salted popcorn and tortilla body, ultra light and smooth but good and sweet and salty.
The hops are all freshly grated lime zest, lemon sherbet, basil, tarragon and redwood resin that leads you into the long dry and puckeringly bitter finish.
