Bear Republic Racer 5 (7%)

I’ve waited a long time to try this and thanks to @HiggsBoson1 I’ve finally poured a glass.

This is a very fine example of American craft IPA.
Intensely strong pine resin, a big dollop of yummy toffee apple, maple syrup stickiness and a good old fistful of spicy heat.
The bear is a lovely dark amber and the fizz fills you with fun.
The hopping is really BIG and brash.
Searingly hot and dry and tongue scrapingly long.
This is an honest to goodness Really Good Beer.
Oh, and I adore the label too, just perfect.
