Brewed in Fremantle, Western Australia and really pretty good.
The beer is an inviting golden honey and sparkles in the glass.
There’s a lot going on in this little bottle.
Tangerine rind and tamarind tartness bubble away under a chewy toffee coated biscuit.
You even get a hit of honey to match the colour of the beer.
Following this tangy, treacle filled goodness are the hops.
They sneak up at you.
And then all of a sudden, POW, they give you a good slap ’round the chops.
Intensely dry, full of delicate floral notes, and a big bitter, lip puckering finish. I like this a lot.
