The Kernel India Pale Ale Galaxy (7.2%)

Is it just me or does Galaxy taste quite a bit like fresh orange juice with a load of gin in it?
This is yet another terrific IPA from Kernel, pouring a deep mandarin skin orange and smelling like a citrus grove with all spice stuck up your nose.
The flavours here are bold and zingy and super fresh with only a light biscuit malt keeping things steady while the Galaxy runs rampant.
This won’t be the longest review you’ve ever read as there’s not a huge amount to say, other than Galaxy is super spicy clementines, flesh, peel, pith and all, along with some lime zest for freshness, a pinch f chilli heat and a load of stir type spices.
It might be a bit one dimensional, but what a delicious and refreshing beer this is.
