Bierbrouwerij De Koningshoeven La Trappe Quadrupel (10%)

Super short review coming up.
This is a classic right?
Right.
And with good reason.
The smell is apples and sherbet, chewy sweets, flying saucers, Hubba Bubba and hard booze.
Like your childhood seen through the eyes of a happy alcoholic, this little bottle of beer is eye crossingly good.
It’s difficult to talk about malting and hops with this Quad because everything blends into one supercharged liquorice rich, toffee sticky, leafy green, gorgeously gloopy high octane glass of sexy beery wonder.
So there.
