Brewers & Union Beast Of The Deep (6.5%)

Beast Of The DeepBeast Of The Deep is Brewers & Union’s unfiltered Bock and, served in an over-sized and beautifully weighty Brewers & Union glass, it’s an absolute gem.
Pouring a lovely glowing golden straw, the aroma is thick with honey, a little bready yeast and a bunch of garden flowers.
This is a very bold beer, hazy and full of flavour.
Its malts are packed with warm toffee that oozes over your tongue and carries biscuits and brioche with it.
You also get bucketfuls of spiced white rum that heats our belly in readiness for the green snappy herbs , garden borders and dandelion leaves of the hops.
The finish is long, dry, crisp and lip smacking.
One glass just isn’t enough.
