Arundel Brewery ASB (4.5%)

ASBNow this is exactly the kind of easy going Best Bitter I could drink all night.
Arundel Special Bitter is a chestnut brown beer that’s full of chewy, sticky toffee that’s rich and round and delicious.
There’s biscuits with that too, an they’re well baked, bran rich and slightly burned on the edges giving just a hint of chocolate.
The smell is a resinous honey and a handful of peppercorns, and this spiciness pops on your tongue as you work your way down the glass.
and then the hops are full of floral, herbal, pithy orchard stems that lead into a long, slightly fruity but nonetheless satisfyingly dry and bitter finish.
