Sambrook’s Brewery Wandle (4.2%)

WandleBig and fruity and fun, this is a really drinkable beer.
Right from the start, the apricot and honey aroma tells your Wandle will do all the things you want in a Bitter.
The malts are bruised orchard fruits, you know, that flavour you get from a slightly overripe bruised apple or pear, a bunch of toffees and some white pepper snapping heat.
The hops are juicy blackberry leaf tea, hazel pith, garden leaf mulch bitterness and a nice sharp lemon tang.
All this and a honey soaked dandelion leaf finish.
Very nice indeed.
