Dancing Duck Brewery Ay Up (3.9%)

Ay UpAt 3.9% this is very easy to drink.
Ay Up is a Pale Ale with a shortbread and honeycomb malt, all soft oat biscuits and sugar syrup.
There’s a good helping of hops in here too, and they bring a nice citrus tartness.
Lots of lemon bonbon sherbet fizzy sweetness, grapefruit zest and a softly dry bitter finish make this light golden coloured Session Ale an easy going and very refreshing beer that you could happy sip all evening.
It’s just a shame I only have one bottle.
Oh, and I must just mention I really like the labelling too.
