Harbour Brewing Co. India Brown Ale (4.9%)

India Brown AleWhat a lovely juicy floral smell this has.
My first taste of Harbour’s beer and it makes me want more.
This is a well hopped Brown Ale that pours a lovely mahogany red with a good fluffy head.
There’s a solid toffee and Frazzles, patchouli and chewy cola bottle malt.
And it’s woody too, with a big polished pine backbone.
The hops are sherbet fizzy, floral, green and herbal and soaked in grapefruit juice and lime zest.
All this creates a finish that’s dry, bitter, long and lovely.
Very nice indeed.
