This is the best beer I’ve had from this brewery so far.
It’s a crisp and clean, light and immensely drinkable lager.
Pouring a pale straw, the aroma is airy and fruity, apricots and herbal peppery leaves.
The malts are soft caramel, runny honey and a freshly baked buttery brioche, and the hops are zippy and sharp, packed with green pithy leaves and lemon rind.
All this makes for s long bitter finish.
A very nice beer indeed and perfect for a Sunday lunchtime.
