The Kernel Matueka Pale Ale HBC 429 (4.8%)

Pale AleOranges and satsumas, rind and zest.
Sharp as a knife, brittle as sugar glass.
Heather honey and buttery croissants.
That’s this beer in a nutshell, except I’ve not mentioned its delicious bitterness that is absolutely tongue twisting.
A few Kernel reviews ago I said I might have to stop reviewing their beer as I was struggling for superlatives.
Pale Ale Motueka HBC 429 is yet another example of superb brewing from a superb brewer.
