Wilson Potter Brewery Natural Progression (4.8%)

Natural ProgressionI like this a whole lot and yet I’m struggling to tell you exactly why.
Natural Progression isn’t a tongue curlingly, über modern “craft” beer.
It’s not a super cool experimental brew.
In fact there’s nothing here that you couldn’t guess yourself from me simply telling you what style of beer it is.
Natural Progression is an Amber Ale with a very nice soft biscuit dough malt, some toffee rich sweetness and fresh, fruity, tangy hops.
What Natural Progression is however, is a brilliantly made beer where everything is so well balanced that it becomes greater than the some of its parts.
From the fresh floral smell to the delightful bitter dry finish, this is a super beer and a joy to drink.
