Breezy Pheasy Brewery Compass 6 (5.8%)

Compass 6I love being sent home brew to try, especially when it’s as good as this.
Compass 6 is a single hopped Pale Ale, the hop in question is Summit and it’s super in here.
It’s fresh and fizzy with sherbet, sharp with lemon juice and lime leaves, some mandarin and herbal foliage.
Underneath it the malt is a soft cereal snack bar glued together with caramel, it’s crunchy and sticky and really very tasty.
All this makes for a tangy, dry, crisp finish.
What a good bit of home brewing this is.

Thanks @Breezypheasey for being so kind and letting me try your beer.
