Fyne & Wild Cool As A Cucumber (2.9%)

Cool As A CucumberWow, just wow.
I wasn’t sure I’d like this collaboration between The Wild Beer Co. and Fyne Ales but it’s absolutely superb.
Pouring a light sunny straw, the smell is fresh and airy, like breathing deeply on a breezy day as you take in the countryside.
There’s also funky yeast and honey to the aroma which leads beautifully into your first mouthful.
A soft peppery background hum adds a pleasant body to the super fresh cucumber.
And you can really taste it.
It tastes green and alive, it tastes just picked and prepared, and the hint of mint doesn’t overwhelm but instead adds a prickly sparkle to the crisp, dry and gorgeously subtle finish.
This is near exquisite brewing.
