There’s amazingly little going on in here.
The label says, “100% natural ingredients: Crystal clear, Scottish water, Crystal malt and Crystal hops,” and that’s all well and good, but out of those ingredients has come next to nothing flavour-wise.
There’s a smell that’s vaguely malty and as you drink you get a super polite and watery caramel and a suggestion of biscuits.
The hops are almost nonexistent, with only the merest splash of bitter green herbal leafiness.
Even the alcohol content doesn’t boost the flavours.
Very disappointing indeed.
