Partizan Brewing Pale Ale Liberty (4.8%)

Pale Ale LibertyThis really is a Pale Ale.
Super light, almost lemon juice yellow, the smell is fizzbombs and fruit jelly.
The malt comes in the form of soft white crusty bread with, oddly but not unpleasantly, a light smearing of button mushroom paté.
Liberty is not a hop that I know too well, but from this I’d say it’s a super fresh, snappy and very zesty herbal lemon and lime bomb.
I like this very much indeed.
