Surprisingly sweet and rather tasty, Ossett’s Yorkshire Blonde is a light golden colour with a honey and orchard fruit aroma.
The malting is a gloopy, sticky slab of honeyed wafer biscuit sprinkled with pepper, and the hops pop and crackle with blackcurrant leaf tea, hedgerow greenery and a wash of bitter lemon.
Yorkshire Blonde ends with a pear juice rich finish, more sweet than bitter but still crisp enough to refresh and to leave you wanting more.
