The Kernel India Pale Ale Chinook Citra Mosaic (6.8%)

India Pale Ale Chinook Citra MosaicI’ve mentioned this before, but it’s almost getting boring now, writing endless fawningly good reviews about The Kernel’s beer.
But this is a good one even by their standards.
It’s sitting in front of me and glowing orange, smelling of leather straps, oranges and pine.
I could tell you about the beautifully weighted malts with their sticky toffee and bread crusts.
And I could tell you how the hops combine to give you oranges and wood resin and a lovely long mandarin finish.
But I really want to do for once is just sit and drink it, so you’ll have to find out for yourselves.
