You’re nice.
Surprisingly nice.
Much nicer than I expected.
In fact, you’re rather lovely.
I like your golden amber colour and I like the way you smell.
You’re all spicy toffee apples and straw, aren’t you?
I think your malts are quite appealing too.
They’re honey roast nuts, caramel and wholemeal bread.
And as for your hops, they’re a delight with their rolling tobacco, sideboards, nasturtiums and lemon tea bitterness.
Yes, I like you a lot and I’d quite like to see you again.
Oh, where’d you go?
