Crisp and dry and light, this is a very nice little session beer.
Pacifica pours a pale gold and smells of citrus fruit on a bed of straw.
There’s a soft caramel brioche malt, some runny honey and a hint of pear juice, and over this there’s a bunch of Pacific rim hops that are packed with gooseberries, lychees, grapefruit, green grape skins and leafy herbal goodness.
Easy drinking and very refreshing, I could happily drink this all evening.
