01|06 is a bright sunshine golden Saison that smells fresh and zingy, all citrus leaves and tangy yeast bite.
The yeast works its way throughout the beer adding a meaty mushroom hint to the background of the chewy bread dough and runny honey of the malts.
The Motueka hops are sharp kiwi flesh and lemon juice which is given extra life by the addition of fresh lime zest that pips and snaps on your tongue.
