Sun Day is a lovely fruity little IPA that pours a golden honey colour and smells of cake and clementines.
There’s a very good toffee malt, sweet and rich and chewy and full of wholemeal bread with a little spicy apple yeastiness on the side.
The hops are fresh oranges, mandarin skins, all pithy and zesty, before lots of floral hedgerow and nettle leaves that make for a long, dry, bitter finish that prickles at your tongue and doesn’t want to go away.
