This is a fruity little number.
A deep amber coloured beer that smells of bruised apples and peaches, the malting here is a mouth filling sticky toffee and raisin filled shortcake.
The hops are a little too gentle for my liking though, all subtle herbal greenery and a super light bitter lemon that’s neither here nor there, and this lack of hops makes for a overly sweet caramel body
The result is a finish that’s very fruity and rather too sugary for my liking.
Not Harbour’s best by a long chalk.
