Extra boozy Pale Ale?
Don’t mind if I do.
Ape Ale is a viscous and bright Pale Ale that glues itself to your tongue like a varnished redwood spatula covered in honey and hibiscus.
There’s cracked pepper too and a pinch of salt, and then lots of orange juice and lime leaves over a big caramel and shortbread biscuit base.
The finish is long and bitter and sticky and more than a little boozy.
Yes, that’s do just fine.
