Celt Experience Brewery Seven Flowers (8.1%)

Seven FlowersThis is one hell of a big Double IPA.
Brewed in collaboration with Ale Syndicate and Atlas Brewing, this is another addition to Celt’s Shape Shifter Series.
The aroma is sugar cane and Wurthers and Fruitella.
The malting is a huge mouth filling bubblegum, toffee and crumbly oat biscuit pile of joy, and Seven Flowers is oily, viscous is the most pleasant way, and this stickiness glues the hops to the inside of your face so they singe and burn with bitter lemon rind and mandarin, resinous redwood sap and a pine needle sharpness that leaves you inside out and panting for more.
Excellent.
