London Fields Brewery Unfiltered Lager (4.1%)

Unfiltered LagerWhat a lovely, crisp little bottle of Lager this is.
It’s a pale straw beer with an enormous fluffy cloud for a head and a smell that’s spicy fruit and flowers in wooden crates.
There’s a freshly baked ice cream cone and honey from the malts, some light apple juice and earthy white pepper, and then a big splash of fresh herbal greenery and a big squeeze of lemon juice from the hops.
Dry, crisp, refreshing, very good indeed.

I found out yesterday that Perfect Pint are currently running a Beer Bingo competition to win a chance to brew your own beer at London Fields Brewery.
Now that’s a very exciting prize.
You kind find out more by clicking here.
