Blue Star is a soft and gentle pale Wheat Beer, easy to drink, just right for a lunchtime tipple.
The aroma is  subtly spiced pears, airy and fresh, and as you take a sip the beer feels soft and creamy with a good caramel biscuit and oat cake malt that melts on your tongue.
The hops are bright and sharp and prickle with rocket and nettles, lemon juice bitterness under which there is the merest hint of banana and cloves that makes for a honey sweet but still satisfyingly dry finish.
