Pouring a rich deep purple brown, the smell of Beadeca’s Well is soft smoky Marmite and prunes.
This is a beer that feels good, thick and satisfying, with lots of burned wholemeal toast, honey and plum compote enveloped in a warm misty smokiness.
The creaminess of this beer is lovely, adding a hint of vanilla and ice cream cones, chocolate and a splash of rum.
The hops provide a sharp, crunchy bitterness that freshens your palate and leads you into a rather good chewy honeyed finish.
