This is a decent little session Pale Ale full of sharp citrus, nicely crisp and bitter.
It pours a pale straw with a little foamy head and the light whiff of lemon and honey.
Taking a swig you get a soft caramel brioche, freshly baked and doughy and coated in honey.
There’ some white pepper too, a pinch of salt, and the merest hint of pear juice.
And then there are the lovely crisp lemony hops, sharp and zesty, dry and bitter, a sprig of mint and some metallic basil on the side.
Very nice indeed.
