Gypsy Inc. Tipsy Gypsy (4.7%)

Tipsy GypsyBrewed at BrewDog in Scotland, this is Gypsy’s hoppy Pilsner.
It pours a lovely bright golden and smells of apple juice and spicy wild flowers.
There’s a very good soft caramel and honey glazed puff pastry form the malts, and some apricot too, along with a decent earthy, woody background hum.
The hops are sharp and fresh, little blades of grass, fresh herbs, lemon rind and hazel leaves, all of which makes for a crisp, bitter and satisfyingly dry finish.
