Wild Weather Ales Ltd. Little Wind (4.2%)

Little WindLittle Wind is an Amber Ale wrapped in a nice little label.
It smells of digestive biscuits and peppery garden flowers and that’s pretty much how it tastes too.
Digestive biscuit heavy, wrapped in toffee and with some peppery heat and a glug of pear juice, Little Wind is a drinkable beer that could do with a bit more of a hop hit for my liking.
You get a decent enough herbal leafiness and some tamarind and aniseed along with a splash of lemon juice, but it’s not quite big enough to tame the malts that become a little overbearing by halfway down the glass.
On the whole, not bad.
