Partizan Brewing IPA Ahtanum & Pacific Jade (6.9%)

IPA Ahtanum Pacific JadeSuper diddly duper.
When Partizan get it right, they get it really right.
There’s a thick creamy caramel chewy sweet at the heart of this beer, along with a nutty biscuit.
The smell is beeswax and sweet pea flowers, and the beer pours a lovely rich amber.
But the hops are something else entirely.
Big and round and superbly fresh, they bop you with jelly sweets, candied citrus rind, pepper you with rocket, kiwi and mango, gooseberries and candy floss, sherbet and green tomatoes.
Yup, Partizan have got this one really right.
