This is a big fluffy headed, peachy orange beer with a beautifully sharp citrus and soft flower petal aroma.
The malting is squidgy fudge and biscuit bits, and a handful of woody roast pine nuts pop up just as the hops hit.
And boy oh boy do the hops hit.
Bitter, steely sherbet laced lemon rind, lychee and butternut squash meatiness, and then wave after wave of lime and marigold pithiness that drags you ragged and smiling towards the absurdly long bitter sweet finish.
