This is a good Pale Ale.
A very good Pale Ale.
With its fluffy head and bright orange colour it looks lovely, and the satsuma and lime aroma is very inviting.
The malting is soft and gooey, all toasted white bread, caramel and fudge, and a dab of honey, and the hops are stingingly sharp mandarins, lemons and lime leaves with a delicious soft peach flesh lurking underneath.
The finish is long and fresh, bitter and dry.
Yes, a very good Pale Ale indeed.
