Absolutely flat as a pancake.
And this is a terrible shame as there are some lovely things going on in here – Burned toast and thick toffee, a cup of espresso and some roast nuts – but everything is made dull as dishwater by the watery feel.
And there’s also an unpleasant chalkiness to the finish.
I can only guess that I happen to have picked up a bad bottle, and this one is going down the sink.
Has anyone else had a problem with this brewery’s bottled beer?
