Sierra Nevada Beer Camp #93 (6.9%)

Beer Camp 93Brewed with Cascade and Citra this is an absolutely brilliant IPA.
It’s packed with rolling tobacco and pine resin, lemon rind and grapefruit pips.
There’s a dab of marmalade too, along with some zingy sherbet fizz, and all of this rides on the wave of rich burned caramel, honey and biscuit malting and a smell that’s heavy with redwood and peaches, pine cones and peanuts.
This is my first Beer Camp beer – I’ve no idea why it’s taken me so long to get hold of any, and on the basis of this one I want to try them all.
