Wiper & True Pale Ale Mosaic (5%)

Pale Ale - MosaicSatsumas and mandarins.
This beer is packed with them.
That’ll be the hops.
Loads of them.
The aroma here is so fresh and sweet with satsumas and mandarins that it prickles as you sniff.
The malts are soft brioche with honey, croissant and chewy fudge.
And then there are those hops.
Masses of Mosaic that bring together the aforementioned satsumas and mandarins in a pine resin basket, served with pencil shavings and kiwi, mango, lemon sherbet and fresh tobacco.
The finish is bright and crisp and superbly bitter.
Wiper & True make some rather special beer.
