Brew By Numbers 09|03 (5.5%)

0903This Brown Ale brewed with Willamette and Summit is, put simply, superb.
I’m not quite sure why everything that comes out of the Brew By Numbers brewery seems to be laced with magic, but it does.
Pouring a warm chestnut brown, the smell is green hazelnuts, peaches and tamarind.
The malting is a mouth coating toffee and biscuit, honey and roast nut praline, all dry and sweet, rich and round.
The hops are super fresh, packed with green herbal leaves, lime zest and orange peel.
And with a finish that’s long and crisp and dry, this is a frighteningly good glass of beer.
