Cotswold Spring Brewing Co. Stunner (4%)

StunnerI don’t have an awful lot to say about this bottle of beer.
I pours a bright gold with a big fluffy head and smells of yeasty honeyed straw.
The malting is dry crunchy shortbread, caramel and white pepper, and the hops are bitter and pithy lemon zest and grapefruit.
It’s drinkable, enjoyable, but missing that special something.
Decent but far from a Stunner.
