Lovibonds Brewery Ltd. 69 IPA (6.9%)

69 IPAWhy has it taken me so long to try Lovibonds?
What was I thinking?
I am obviously stupid.
Really really stupid.
69 is a magnificent IPA packed with gluey resinous piney hops, bursting with oranges and mango, hazel and herbal foliage.
There’s a super meaty body too, all biscuits and toffee, honey and brown bread, dry and crunchy but with a sweet stickiness.
Towards the end you find fresh rolling tobacco and green tea, and the beer smells of jelly sweets and nectarines.
Now I’ve finally found Lovibonds I want them in my life forever.
