That’s not a complaint, just an observation.
The aroma of Hoppeditz is treacle and spicy orchard flowers, and the beer sits a very nice ruby red in my glass.
You get a bunch of sharp hedgerow and nettle tea hops that tingle on your tongue, but this quickly withers in the shadow of the mighty toffee apples and digestive biscuits, digestive biscuits and toffee apples of Hoppeditz malting.
Nice, but I couldn’t drink it often.
