Brew By Numbers 01|09 (5.7%)

010901|09 is a Saison brewed with Hibiscus and Chamomile and it’s an absolute delight.
The smell is a slightly funky straw and flower petals and the beer sits a beautiful peach colour in my glass it’s large frothy head moving in the breeze.
The malts are toasted crackers, honey and almonds and the hops are sharp herbal greenery.
Underscoring all this is some meaty spiced goodness from the yeast, with the chamomile adding a satisfying tea-like warmth that leads into a delicately floral tone in the dry pithy finish.
Lovely.
