Now and again I get a book to review, and this one is a very little book indeed.
Drink London is a handbook on places to visit if you fancy getting drunk in London.
In fact I may use it to plan a pub crawl at some point in the near future.
Well written and beautifully illustrated, Drink London gives details of venues to visit along with insights into what you can expect in each.
Unfortunately not a handy pocket sized guide, the book would fit comfortably into a “Man-Bag” or handbag if you wanted to use it in the field, but it’s a good enough guide to use in the comfort of your own home, and is split into chapters that highlight not only the beery delights of our capital city, but also other watering holes with a chapter on cocktail bars and the like.
Definitely a worthy addition to my growing beer library.
