This is a smashing little IPA with an aroma that jumped out of the can the second I pulled the ring.
The smell is very fresh, full of oranges and passion flowers in a pine forest.
There’s a rich deep gooey malt at work here, thick with caramel and buttery fudge, shortcake and brown sugar.
But mainly this beer is about hops.
They’re all tobacco leaves, pine resin, varnished wood and zesty zingy satsumas and limes, peaches and grapefruit.
All this makes for a very nice fizzing bitter dry finish.
Yum.
