Tap It Brewing Co. India Pale Ale (7%)

IPAAmerican breweries really have nailed the modern India Pale Ale, haven’t they?
Tap It’s IPA smells of pine wood and peaches, pineapple and mango, rich and fruity and inviting.
The malting is well baked pastry, caramel wafers and runny honey, and the hops are varnished wood, pine needles, lime zest and orange marmalade.
And with a finish that’s fizzy with sherbet, bitter with lemons and dry as a bone, this is a super little beer.
