The Celt Experience Brewery Fuzzy (5.7%)

FuzzyFuzzy was brewed in collaboration with Super Furry Animals and it’s a Saison brewed with wild yeast.
What’s more, it’s rather good.
The aroma is a woody apricot jam delight, and the malting is biscuits and honey.
There’s a nice orange peel and herbal green stinging nettle hopping that scratches at you, but the star here is the yeast.
IT’s not as sour as I Expected it might be, but instead it’s packed with salt and pepper spiciness, all warm and snappy, earthy and rich.
Very good indeed.
