With a smell that fills your head with apricots and limeade, beech and pine, this is a lovely IPA using five hop varieties.
The hops in question are Amarillo, Ella, Mosaic, Nugget and Sorachi Ace, and they give you a sharp bitter satsuma and lime, pine sap and lemon pith sherbet fizzbomb over a good solid rich tea biscuit and chewy toffee malt base.
And the flavours build as you drink, making this a rather complex little bottle of joy that keeps offering something new as you work your way down the glass.
Quintet is Wiper & True at their very best.
